When did you join the company?
I joined CG D&A in August 2025. From the very beginning, I’ve been impressed by the organization’s commitment to continuous improvement and its openness to new perspectives.

What is your current role?
I serve as an HR Generalist, a role that combines both operational and strategic responsibilities. I act as a trusted partner to our managers, supporting them in a wide range of areas—from day-to-day administrative processes and rehabilitation coordination to union negotiations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and internal communication. My work is centered around enabling leaders and teams to thrive, while aligning HR practices with the company’s broader goals.
