When did you join the company?
I started on January 3, 2020. It was an exciting time—it was during the pandemic, and I wasn’t exactly young, plus the onboarding was quite fast. But it went well. Two months later, we were all forced to work from home. A very unusual start.

What is your current role?
I was initially hired as an Operational Buyer, but my role quickly evolved to include both operational and strategic responsibilities. Today, my title is Sourcing & Supply Chain Specialist.

Why do you enjoy working for Emotron?
I enjoy the variety. Some days it’s tough having different challenges all the time, but I appreciate it. If everything just ran smoothly all the time, I’d probably get bored. I value the dynamics and the surprises in my job. We have a warm and friendly atmosphere and culture. Many people stay for a long time, which I think is a good sign.
