Operational Production Supervisor – Production & WarehouseWhen did you join the company?
I started in 2011. I began as a temporary assembler in production. Six months later, I was asked if I wanted to stay on, and I was very happy to accept. Shortly thereafter, I became the coordinator for the team, which included some planning responsibilities. In 2016, I became a production supervisor.
What is your current role?
Today, I work fully as an operational production supervisor.
Why do you enjoy working for Emotron?
I appreciate our culture — it feels very much like a family. We collaborate well, even across different parts of the company. Everyone is equally important here, no matter what their role is. I value the fact that I’ve been able to grow within the company; people have seen my potential and I’ve had the opportunity to try many different things.
